LEVIN winery is proceeding into the future with enthusiasm.

Our dream of producing new, quality Sauvignon Blanc while adhering to ancestral methods of organic viticulture is being realized. LEVIN wines is dedicated to bringing new approaches in wine making to the Loire Valley.

Through the use of environmentally friendly technology and sound agricultural practices, our role as a community and commercial presence in Bourré and Oisly is established. The goal for LEVIN will be to continue with these practices to not only better ourselves but the region and community around us.
